“My truck broke down on the 28 but I managed to make it barely off the Jasper exit. Within 5 mins, before I had time to put in a AAA claim, a guy named Dan H. Stopped and offered to tow me to K&L. Before I could say Thanks, we were in tow and on our way. It was one day before New Year's Eve so they said they would be able to check it out on Monday. By Tuesday it was fixed and they didn't price gouge me cause of my CA plates. I will definitely bring my truck back here for fixing.”

“Autozone Store #2061 Jasper, TN - My wife and I were traveling from Memphis to Chattanooga when my car dash started to light up while going 70mph down 1-24. We pulled off at the Jasper exit. My wife googled Autozone and fortunately coasted into the store as my car died. This was 4 pm on a Friday. Clayton ran diagnostic test and determined that I needed a new alternator and probably a battery. Clayton offered 2 suggestions on where I could get these parts installed. The best solution was a mobile repair service which showed up within 15 minutes. I knew both of these items were previously purchased from Autozone in Savannah, TN. Clayton looked them up and both were still under warranty. So within an hour we were back on our way. I can't adequately express my thanks to Clayton and the rest of the team that day Kenny, Corey and Noah for being so helpful, considerate and going the extra steps needed to help us out. “I stopped at O’Riley’s Auto Parts to purchase and replace a taillight bulb in my Colorado truck. Ms. Sandy was pleasant and helpful. She asked Mr. Calvin to install my taillight bulb. Calvin showed me the job would have caused me enough stress to stop. I would have taken it to someone who had more experience. Nothing seems easy these days. Mr. Calvin got the job done like a PRO. I am grateful to have a team of great people at O’Riley’s Auto Parts store in Kimball TN. We are fortunate to have such kind, skilled people ready to make our lives a little easier.
