“We were taken such great care of today by Lena at the auto center! It was also very efficient. We are very busy getting ready for our wedding today and she made the morning so stress free and made sure my car was safe for our drive to our honeymoon! Can't think her enough after the less than ideal experiences I've had at this location in the past.”
“Last November a young spike ran in front of my car in a challenge of inertia. I won the joust but not without a hefty 'nose bleed' for my vehicle.
These guys got it looking and operating great again and warranty their work. Thank you!”

“Can’t brag enough on these folks. My son met his first deer and insurance wanted to be ,,,,,,,,,, well , you know insurance so my son just paid out of pocket for the repairs. These people was amazing through the whole process and I can’t give Alicia enough credit. She was a tremendous help and a sweetheart… my son can be pretty picky to say the least but they worked with him and got him to a point he could afford and his car looks brand new. He messaged me after picking it up talking about how beautiful it was. Absolutely 110% recommend these amazing folks , especially if you want your car back quick and looking pretty. Thank you to all who work there. Yall are the BEST !!!!!!!”
“I would like to give a huge shout out to TJ for helping me out this morning by loaning me tools out of his personal vehicle and sending me to the right place to get an axle for my four wheeler trailer that broke down on me on my way from Chattanooga to Tracy city. TJ went above and beyond to help out a customer in distress. Thank you very much TJ for all your help this morning you saved the day!!”

“I stopped at O’Riley’s Auto Parts to purchase and replace a taillight bulb in my Colorado truck. Ms. Sandy was pleasant and helpful. She asked Mr. Calvin to install my taillight bulb. Calvin showed me the job would have caused me enough stress to stop. I would have taken it to someone who had more experience. Nothing seems easy these days. Mr. Calvin got the job done like a PRO. I am grateful to have a team of great people at O’Riley’s Auto Parts store in Kimball TN. We are fortunate to have such kind, skilled people ready to make our lives a little easier. I got a SMILEY from O’RILEYS.”
