I had major repairs done to my Kia a few months ago at the W Stone Drive location -thank you! Employees at both locations are friendly, honest and know what they’re doing. My last visit was at Colonial Heights location for an oil change. Kudos to AJ and Dakota. They went out of their way to check on a request I had concerning the transmission fluid while I was there. “I called about a rear tractor tire with beet juice as ballast. It was leaking around the rim. They said they could handle it. I took it to Eastern Star exit store in Kingsport. They took it in and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They had to pump the liquid out, break down the tire, and pump it back. Excellent service!”

“Had exhaust manifold leaks and broken studs on my motor home. Most truck shops don’t want to work on motor homes, but Tal told me that he would get me in as soon as he had a bay available for me, and he sure did. The exhaust manifolds were warped and had to be replaced. The price was fair and the job was completed quickly. I highly recommend Tal’s Auto & Truck Repair!”

They told me when I dropped my vehicle off exactly what schedule they'd call me on with updates and never missed a beat. “Bought vehicle needed oil pan replaced due to oil plugged stripped. They got me in there put new one on. Before leaving and by grace of god right place right time ordeal god sure was looking after me. Anyway my car wouldn’t start Tom ask if I’ve had problems with it I said no I drove it in here. I said politely don’t tell me something wrong with it. He told me exactly what it was alternator and he verified everything with me and The car place see if they would help me cover the charges. Well tom sprung into action and put a new one on for me so I wouldn’t be stranded as I have health issues and travel to out town appointment(s). Anyway he helped me out big time. Go support local businesses he under prices his perfection of work. He said you have any problems with the work I did bring it back he warranties his work and parts. Thanks Tom for your hard work and dedication to people the community and helping and working with me thank you from bottom of my heart.”

They completed the work exactly in the time they said they would. They also contacted me before doing extra work that wasn’t initially planned on. They gave me an exact price and there was no surprises when I paid the bill.

“The best mechanic I have found in our area. I had a job I couldn’t do in my own. I had bought my own parts thinking I could, but realized quickly I was in over my head. Took it to Mr. C’s. First of all, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave me an honest estimate and a day for the appointment. It took them longer than they thought (it was a complex job), and when I called to check in that afternoon, they promised it would be done that day like they said. They stayed until 7:30pm working on it so they could get it done that day. I was blown away. You really can’t find mechanics like these anymore. They deserve all the business they can handle.”

“When my truck overheated on I81 South at Hwy 36 Fort Henry Drive I had the good fortune in going to Top Performance Automotive. The day in question was a Saturday when most all garages are closed. After the tow driver dropped off myself with the truck ,Butch came by to go inside his shop for something. Seeing me standing there, he asked if everything was going well. I appraised him of my predicament and he put my vehicle inside his shop until Monday. The cooling failure was diagnosed and repaired before noon on Monday. Great people and service. Thanks Top Performance.”
