I just moved out and I am so sad to go! I am relocating for work but I will definitely miss Brandy Mill and Delaney and Mikayla (the awesome staff) The resident events are fun and the pool is HUGE. This is Kingsport’s hidden jem.

I toured at this apartment today with Delaney and it was a great experience! The property manager Mikayla even said hello, and was welcoming. Delaney broke down all the fees and monthly rent in a way that was easy to understand. I am definitely considering Brandy Mill after my experience today!
