Ever since going under new management this place has been horrendous. Rent was raised, nothing gets done that's needed to be, conditions are horrible.

The new management is cruel and vicious. My constitutional and civil rights were violated. This new landlady does not need to be working with the public.Federal complaints are being pursued by me.
