“Thank you Rebecca in the Floral Department. Rebecca was extremely helpful and patient with our family while choosing flowers for a casket spray. The only other florist that was open on December 23 was Holston which refused to provide their service. The floral arranger was too tired to assist us with my husband's mother's casket spray. Then Rebecca at Food City was happy to help us. She was extremely busy but took her time with us. The spray was beautiful. Thank you Rebecca for your kindness and for arranging such a beautiful spray for us. We are forever grateful.”

“Fast Lane is by far the best gas station this side Kingsport. The ladies that work for Andy are all friendly and kind whether you're a regular or not. The ice cream cooler as soon as you walk in has the coldest ice creams in town. Period. My favorites are the fudge bars and the orange creamsicles. I can't find them anywhere else. The fact that they stay open until midnight Monday-Saturday is great. And unlike Zoomerz, which often locks their doors 15-20 minutes early, the ladies at Fast Lane actually keep the doors unlocked until their actual posted closing time. Another plus: they offer cash back on debit card purchases!”

“Use this store practically every day spend more money there than just about anywhere. That being said it was a hard decision on how many stars to give a store that you visit everyday cuz you see Every single up , down , bad situations , and good situations. so I thought about it for a long time now before I've rated this place and I realize that over that time I've not had any bad experiences. I get along with all the staff, they all know me by name and they know exactly what I need usually when I get there!? LOL! They go out of their way to help me, and my fiance.The manager Chris even went out of his way to order candy that they have stopped stocking. He ordered a whole box for my fiancee. I found this extremely above and beyond, and also it made me feel like they were grateful for my business. Thank you Ken Joe! I have good experiences at the other locations as well. I really like the way these stores are set up. I buy almost all my work shirts from the stores. I bought all of my employees I have worked this year shirts from there as well beanies, globes etc.”

“This market is the best market around. My buddy Hameesh (also spelled Hamish or हामिश) and his family run the store and act as the cashiers for the store. It all started when a friend of mine invited me to visit his home. We decided to walk to the Ridgefields Market and visit the cashier that I had been told many lovely tales about. After my encounter with Hameesh, I had to assume that all of those stories were true. The reason why I believe this place deserves a 5-star rating is because of Hameesh's unbelievable kindness and honesty. When we talk to him and ask about the items in his store, he gives the most charming smile and tells us intriguing details about his products. There was a time where in a transaction, I did not have enough change to fully pay for the item, but Hameesh's purity came in clutch, and decided that we did not have to pay for all of it, but that he would cover it instead. Ridgefields Market. I love you. Hameesh/Hamish/हामिश. I love you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that life changing experience.”

“Sunoco is a great brand of gas and this particular station has 4 grades of gasoline and diesel on hand anytime. The people like me who run high octane gasoline will appreciate the pump has 93 octane and unlike most other stations around the area they also offer 91, 89, and 87 as well as the 93 as i mentioned at each pump station. The store is clean and the employees are very helpful.”
