Good quality stuff at reasonable prices and they do have cheaper and less quality tools to for cheapos such as myself who doesn't like to pay 10 dollars for a screwdriver because of the name on it, though some of the tools are starting to be overpriced anymore.

I bought two cans of this... It's packaged wrong. It's flat black paint. There is no rust reformer in these cans. I've used it in the past and it was what is said. I did get a free 5 gallon bucket though... And that makes it all better. (Sarcasm)
