“My wife ordered me a smoker for Father’s day and there was an issue with our scheduled delivery. We ended up just picking up in store when it wasn’t delivered. From first contact, Eric and Caitlyn showed upmost customer service and professionalism. They went above and beyond what was expected of them while resolving our issue even though the issue was not their mistake but rather the delivery drivers. 10/10 recommend.”

“Good quality stuff at reasonable prices and they do have cheaper and less quality tools to for cheapos such as myself who doesn't like to pay 10 dollars for a screwdriver because of the name on it, though some of the tools are starting to be overpriced anymore.”
