Technicians are very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to open consultation window for patients who have several questions, would make the line go much faster, but I don't think they have enough staff to incorporate this change effectively.

Waited for a prescription over 2 weeks because it was supposedly ordered and never came in. A prescription is extremely important and I transferred all of mine to a different store because of this. We won't even get into the fact nobody answers the phone or steps up to the window to help you. I believe customer service here is the worst I've ever seen in my life, fyi I'm over 55 so I've seen a lot of bad service in my days. Sad times we are living in now a days.

Technician Anne cancelled prescription without permission or even informing me. Was very rude and even stated it was too much work to deal with to put it in system to fill.

I give the staff a 5 star rating. I have always called my canines prescriptions in and when given the date for pick up, the medicine is always ready and staff is always kind to me. My good rx card saved me over $250.

Writing this review for others. They are receiving a one star due to never answering the phone. Always being late on prescription refills. Employees are disrespectful.

I went into this Kroger just to use the bathroom I found myself coming out with more but I needed there was stuff in there adult winner for real you know like the fruit I didn't think fruit was that good man did they have good fruit thanks Kroger's you really know how to make a person feel welcome that's why they get four stars

Always slow. If you’re sick and go to the doctor you want to get your Rx and go home. An hour tops at most pharmacies to get a doctor called in refill. Not this pharmacy. Always “at least a couple of hours” they say. But it’s always just before closing time and there’s not even enough time to get there to pick it up after you’re notified. So in summary, don’t expect a doctor called in fill to happen on the same day. I switched to this pharmacy only to switch right back to my old one.

Had to give 1 star because no stars is a option.every time we go to get my sons refill he gets every single month.they say we are waiting for the approval for the doctor. Even though the doctor calls it in the day before. Worst pharmacy ever.

THE WORST PHARMACY WEVE EVER USED! They never have anything ready, they always tell you it’s “not in their system saying you have prescriptions that need to be filled” even though we literally come here every month and remind them before hand also that we need it all filled. They are terrible all of the staff sucks they are rude and snappy. Constantly making you wait 1-2 hours for prescription pick up just because they didn’t have it ready and had a whole month to get it ready.

Every time I call in a prescription refill for my meds, they say it will be ready in 2-3 hours: I can wait 5, call before I leave to make sure it is ready and when I get there, Surprise Surprise there is a line I have to wait in for 20-30 minutes. When I finally get to the window, my meds are never ready and I have to wait longer for them to fill it which is mostly an hour and a half wait. I asked one of the staff why they do this to people and she said it was Kroger Corporate who tells them to do this and that Corporate would not allow them the number of people they need to keep the times that they promise. I wrote Kroger Corporate and it’s the same runaround you’d get for an overseas company who is just trying to rip you off and keep your money. They advised me to speak to a pharmacy representative in store which I already had. Then they gave me the number to pharmacy records which does nothing about the in store pharmacies anywhere. It’s a pitiful company all the way around. Perhaps if the pharmacy staff weren’t so chatty with each other and some of their customers, they could get stuff done in a timely fashion. I guess that is far too much to hope for from this giant corporation. Sadly trickles down to this pathetic attempt at a pharmacy.?♂️?♂️ I wouldn’t even give them one star but it forces me to leave at least one. ?
