Rack Room Shoes offers great prices and has nice people. Some customers note it does not have the best variety of sneakers or a whole lot of inventory, wishing for a larger variety of Nike. However, the shoes available, like the Nike Air Max, are described as extremely comfortable right away. If a size isn't in store, they can mail it to your house very quickly, sometimes arriving the next day. Another store location in Kingsport on Eastman Road is also mentioned.
