Had a SIM card issue with the iPhone 13 Pro. Stopped in on our way down south to see if this could be fixed and I’m so beyond grateful. Austin was absolutely amazing!!! I thought I was gonna need a new iPhone but nope…..he fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend this store to anyone!!!

I saw Dana today at the Colonial Heights store. He was the most helpful person at Verizon I have ever encountered. Most employees at Verizon are not very helpful unless the customer is purchasing a phone. Dana, however, was eager to help me. Dana comes highly recommended! Richard K. Reed, M.D.
