“Jeannie Irving and Dave are good people. Last Friday I called at least 10 area U-Haul dealers but none of them had trucks to rent. I remembered seeing Motorhead on the side of the road, and they typically have u-haul trucks parked there, so I looked them up and gave them a call to see if they had any trucks to rent. I'm glad that I did.Jeannie told me that she had one truck left and she held it for me until I could get there. She was helping another customer, so I went inside where I met Dave, and we talked for several minutes and he was just the nicest man you would ever meet. Jeannie eventually came in and she got me all squared away quickly and we did the walkthrough on the truck and I was on my way. The truck was clean and they even sprayed Lysol too. She even had me sit in the truck so that she could move the mirrors so that they were in the best location for me.The thing I enjoyed most about Jeannie, is that she is super friendly and knowledgeable and she does not double-book her trucks like most other u-haul dealers do.....so if she tells you that she has a truck for you, she really does have the truck on the property. Not all u-haul dealers operate this way, although they all should in my opinion.I would highly recommend Motorhead to anyone needing to rent a u-haul truck. Jeannie and Dave are awesome and just really, really good people.”
