Spoke with Gabrielle Hardin in Customer Service today. She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the Companie's procedures and was able to assist me in just a few minutes. My experiences with 21st Mortgage has always been exceptional.

Taylor Hill is a fine young man that cares about the customer and listens thoroughly to get the issue resolved. He even stayed on the phone with me until I fully fixed the technical issue I was having logging into my portal and changing the settings that I needed to change.

21st Mortgage opened its doors in downtown Knoxville in 1995 with a staff of four, which included two of the company's founders; CEO Tim Williams and CFO Rich Ray. Today, the company has grown to more than 800 team members on two campuses. 21st Mortgage has contributed to the revitalization of downtown Knoxville and continues to actively participate and support local organizations in and around Knoxville, TN.
