Incredible customer service and professionalism. Particularly from a young gentleman named Marcus. Very stand up individual who helped make sure I purchased what I needed and installed it properly. He is outstanding!

Car always seems to puke itself in the late evening and I always seem to be running in at 8:50 to get something that can't wait till morning. Tonight 13 Sept 2023, it was a battery. You all are always there for me, and the staff are always extremely helpful. Thanks again. See ya next time.

I tried to use my military discount on an expensive part but was told it would be a half hour wait for the manager to come back and approve it. things like this is what made me stop shopping there years ago even though it's a block away from my house.

Worst store to deal with in every way. EXTREMELY RUDE AND LAZY employees especially Nick. I had bought a part and tried to return the core for whatever reason they were having a difficulty finding the core fee since I purchased it online well the employee Nick just basically told me to kiss off I've been back to the store three times trying to get this situated and every time he was of no help whatsoever just rude just walked around doing nothing hoping I would get tired and leave. In finally he called customer service and wrote down a number on a scrap piece of paper and told me there problem solved which was not going to work for me he refused to let me speak to the lady at customer service instead there for 10 minutes arguing back and forth repeating himself with the customer service phone number finally after he realized I was not leaving until I spoke to the lady on customer service he decided to call them and let me talk to them I took care of the problem myself I will never return to the store or any other advance Auto parts stores AutoZone will get my business from now on.Last but not least when I handed him the phone back he grabbed it out of my hand almost ripping my arm out of socket as I was thanking him for finally doing his job I will be looking to speak to his general manager because I should not have been treated that way at all and I have been back to the store three times when a simple phone call could have been made by the jerk employee - Nick on South northshore drive store in Knoxville

As a young female, I've never walked away from a repair feeling like I was treated fairly until today! Ivar and his team took really good care of my battery change when I was at my wits end with other places. I had so much corrosion due to a crack in my battery. Ivar stood in the scorching sun, replaced the battery and took his time to clean the parts that were corroded when I know most places would have just told me I needed to replace the parts. I can go on and on about how well the customer service was but it still wouldn't do it justice - the best I've ever experienced hands down!

Went in to have a battery replaced, but when they went to replace it they realized it was so corroded that they would need to also replace the clamp for the negative terminal. It turned into a pretty significant repair, and they could not have been more understanding and patient. The clamp they needed wasn't in stock, so they used another and the car has been running fine. These are stand up people, who figure out how to get the job done and take care of the customer. Will absolutely use this location again! Thanks so much y'all!!
