The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. The grounds are beautiful, and I always feel safe here.

“So far the best place I have ever lived. I have struggled with the neighbor above me blaring their TV since I moved in and while the problem still isn't fixed, the office was determined to help me get to the bottom of it, because at first I thought it was the person below me and they were ON IT. The apartment is clean and spacious, they were very accommodating for my emotional support animal even though they don't usually allow pets. Overall a very nice property :)”

Maintenance is always quick to resolve any issues we encounter. It's also very pet friendly! ☺️ we will be here until we buy a house, most likely.”

“Like everywhere else on the planet, it's got pros and cons. It's really close to campus, the rent isn't just a complete scam, and generally the place is clean. The cons aren't great though -- it's an old building so the water gets shut off often for repairs, the heating system doesn't always work well, and when I moved in my unit wasn't cleaned even a little bit. Despite all that though, it's obvious the people working there care about being present for when problems arise (we got our carpet replaced completely free of charge after moving in due to it smelling like mold) and the maintenance guys are always kind and work hard. The place is what you make of it, and if you need a decent apartment for college in Knoxville I can recommend it.”
“I had very little time from work to come in and look at an upcoming available unit but Lisa was happy to get me in! Lisa along with the maintenance staff were very welcoming and super friendly. I am more than excited for this to become my future home. ?”
