Been without internet for a week. Get worked around by customer support, never get answers, never get help. Website updates every day and just keeps saying it will be 24 hours before its restored.. here i am a week later with no help.

Had a service appt to reconnect due to downed wire on Saturday between 4 and 8pm. No call no show. Next appointment available is on the following Tuesday, like I lost my place in line. If you didn't get to me that day I should still be in the work que not making a new appointment.

If I could I would give them a -8, because that's how long I waited for someone to show up. I was supposed to have internet installed yesterday and ended up wasting an entire day. After 3 phone calls and no one showing up, I finally canceled the order at 8pm last night! So unprofessional! I do not recommend this company!

Technicians don’t fix their slow internet I pay for 1gb/s service and barely get 200 down on all of my devices now they’re charging me 80 a month for this garbage not worth it!

This internet service is BEYOND terrible and the technicians/responders are even worse. I highly reccomend just about ANY other internet provider when comparing to this garbage. Can't even browse social media networks without the page refusing to respond.

We have been without (fixed wireless ) internet through AT&T for 6 weeks here on Flat Creek in Sevierville,TN .We have had a technician out a ticket created and nothing done to fix it . We have called 10 times and every time have to start all over with the person on the phone. It seems to me AT&T doesn’t want to hold up there side on the contact and fix there equipment.

I had not had a chance to get their internet, tv or anything else. I had placed an order for the direct TV system. Yesterday I received a computer call that verified the appointment time of 12 to 4 today and I would receive a call from the installer, 1 hr. b4 arrival. At 4pm today nobody had called. I spoke to 3 people describing themselves as supervisors. (Paid liars) .The last "Supervisor" said let's just set it for Monday. First off I am not in on Monday, they had already cost me a full days pay. Secondly DIRECT TV HAD LIED TO ME. I canceled the order and I will do everything I can to get everyone I know to look elsewhere for telephone, cell phone service, internet, andYV. If you read this and go with Direct TV anyway, then hit yourself in your with a hammer as you are an idiot.
