Bad for business to give promises and never deliver. ATT used to be a world class company till they became what they are now. One star is too many in my opinion. I am switching and will convince all my friends and family to switch.

Been without internet for a week. Get worked around by customer support, never get answers, never get help. Website updates every day and just keeps saying it will be 24 hours before its restored.. here i am a week later with no help.
