They just 1.5 hours before we were to pickup our car. And told us they have no cars. We reserved the car way in advance. And we were told basically too bad too sad. What a horrible company. Avoid at all costs. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know to use someone else.

Helped us in a jam. We rented a car for a 5 day trip that we needed to cancel 1 day in for unexpected health reasons. They worked with us and gave us money back for our unused days.
