They are very reasonable people. The facility is substantially less money than other, more corporate and expensive places in the area, making it the least expensive option. The price is average for storage areas. This value comes with an old-school approach: payment is cash or check only, the facility is closed on Sunday, and access is limited to daily operating hours, requiring check-in at the office for key access to buildings. Outside those hours, one cannot enter the premises, and late payments receive a penalty. For long-term storage, items may pick up a bit of a musty smell, especially after the heavy rainy season, which is noted as a general experience of storage in Knoxville. Many customers have used units for several years, through personal transitions, and highly recommend the facility. The limited access hours do not interfere with running a business from a storage unit. It is a place customers would consider renting from again if needed.
