We have had a unit here for nearly two years and have needed to work with the team to get into a unit after a key was lost, move units, and address other questions. They have been wonderful during every interaction, whether it's been on the phone or in-person. Christian, in particular, has been a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. The facility is exceptionally well-maintained and great security. We really appreciate this location and highly recommend it!”

When I called in he walked me through the process and when we got disconnected he immediately called me back. The only thing that would have made it easier is if he moved me in and out. “I’ve visited Istorage property on Central several times, and I’ve noticed that Charrissa Vaughn is always there working hard to keep the place clean and safe. I feel much more comfortable when she’s on the property, and it looks better than it has in a long time. One day I heard her speaking with someone who had been staying on the property, and they were genuinely grateful for the information she shared about getting into housing and helping themselves.
Charrissa is humble, direct, and has a heart of gold. Her job isn’t easy, but she handles it with strength and respect, even when dealing with people who can be difficult. She treats everyone with dignity and still gets her work done exceptionally well.
I truly believe that Charrissa Fetters would make an excellent area manager.”

“Northshore Pellissippi Storage has been great to do business with. The rates are excellent, the building is always pristinely clean, and Shane and Lee are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.”
“Mostly a good experience the last four years. The only issues I’ve had are recent but still, I only left because I no longer needed the space. Employees missing from the office during business hours makes it so communication has only been possible through email. That’s a little bit annoying but they are quick to email back. Also recently, the key pad to let you in the building has been busted which has been an inconvenience that has lasted a while now.
Although I highlights my complaints, the positives are that they will use your personal insurance instead of demanding you use theirs, there are cameras everywhere for security and it’s climate controlled.
If I need to use outside storage again, I’ll be back.”
“Stored my stuff here for a little over a year while living in a smaller place than I was used to and had no issues. Always good lighting, climate controlled and felt safe going here at night or really any odd hour to find things I stored that I actually needed in that year. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.”

“Everything was fine. The packers were VERY generous with the wrapping paper to ensure things were secure. We only had two things damaged - a lamp and a glass top end table. The movers, Conner and Cody were very polite and hardworking. They did a good job getting us into and set up at the new place. Thank you!”
