Best Western Knoxville Suites - Downtown is an older building with clean rooms and a convenient location, with many amenities in walking distance. The staff is generally very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, though one dayshift clerk received negative feedback. While the bed is comfortable and the place is quiet, some maintenance issues are noted, such as bathrooms not well maintained, rusty pipes, and problems with sinks or the HVAC. The breakfast area is available, though stocking can be inconsistent. It is considered a good value for a quick stay.
We stayed here twice on our trip. Once headed out and once coming back. The front desk clerk was accommodating and personable. She's why we came back. We had a pet and had to stay on pet floor. 1st stay was ok. But 2nd stay we originally had 308 and the pet smell was unbearable. So we changed rooms

Was a really pleasant experience good location and staff was absolutely wonderful ful plus they have a full and lots of options for breakfast such an amazing experience

Good service, nice hotel, room comes with coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Hot tub nice, pool was cold. Gym equipment okay, but not very good. Room was nice, comfy beds, couch, carpets in the rooms, pet friendly.
