“I've been involved with many many weddings and formal events over the years across middle and East Tennessee. Gilded Gown is hands down the best experience I've been involved in and the only one I would make sure to return to and confidently give five stars.
The staff was friendly, attentive, kind, listened to the brides likes and dislikes and took constructive criticism of gowns to find the right one for my sister. I honestly could not recommend Diane as a consultant anymore if I wanted to - 10/10 person to help you find your wedding and occasion dress.
The shop itself was beautiful. Well organized. Clean. Each 'runway' spot was set up with complimentary snacks and water. Dresses were fairly and competitively priced with most wedding gowns hovering around the $1000 mark but plenty of options at $500 and I don't think I saw any past the 2k mark. Most bridal salons average is 3k.
The only thing is here what you try is what you buy. There is no ordering of customizations or alterations, however, they provide a list of seamstresses they recommended around East and Midddle Tennessee.
