“Absolutely love Mast General Store! This place is a Knoxville gem. It’s way bigger than it looks from the outside, with two floors packed with everything from old-school candy, unique gifts, outdoor gear, apparel, and home goods. The vibe is so fun and nostalgic. Super friendly staff and great prices. I could’ve spent hours in here. Definitely a must-visit when you’re downtown!

“M.S. McClellan is the best. I needed a black suit for a semi formal occasion. They had some on order, but the company they were sourcing from sent dark Navy by accident. That left me with about 10 days before I needed the suit for my event. Dan worked on my behalf and kept me informed on the status. The correct ones arrived and they put a rush order in with the tailor and had my suit fitted in time. I have purchase several suits from them and they are my go to place. Great quality, great service and great team! Highly recommend!”

“New management is a joke, the music sucks! My son went in to use my employee discount and he was told no that I had to be there with him which is complete bs because he live under my roof still. These people need to get a clue. Bring back the old team that actually cared about the store. Braden doesn't do anything but walk around or stay cooped up in the back room, at least the old team kept the store beautiful....it looks like a trash can now. Pretty damn sad. Rob is great though.”

“The store is so amazing. It is clean and absolutely beautiful. The clothes are so shockingly fabulous and so affordable I was so glad to visit again. This time my teenage daughter went shopping for a dress and found several even though she is a little picky. Omg, the jewelry is amazing, well made and so affordable. Check the clearance rack and you may start to twirl around. They have matching hand bags and shoes too and we were able to find the perfect outfit she felt confident wearing. It is now my favorite place to shop.”

The quality and design were top-notch—we received countless compliments from parents, coaches, and especially the kids!
