“I love Cato clothing. They have really good quality clothing for people of all sizes. I love the staff there. They come around and check on people in the fitting rooms and will go pick a shirt out in a different size if needed. They also give amazing recommendations for events you might be shopping for. This location always has a good selection of clothing on their clearance rack. The quality of dresses they carry are also always amazing. I have a ton of their dresses, and they are all a great quality I have some dress I got there from years ago.”

“We were visiting Knoxville for the weekend, and after failing to find a prom dress in Nashville we saw Katie's Kloset and thought we'd give them a try. We found the perfect dress, but wrong color, so after talking to an employee, she sent us to the other Katie's Kloset down the street. They had the dress my daughter wanted in the color she wanted for a very reasonable price...better than ANY prices we saw in Nashville. “Lots to look at on first floor and below. On the first floor, we looked at men's and women's clothing - regular price and 25% off. We wandered through the candy ($12 a pound) and kitchen area. We found and bought a bird feeder bell with holder for a bird loving friend. Near the register, we bought some stickers - 2 free and 2 for $4 each. Downstairs are the shoes and camping gear & clothing. Huge selection!! We haven't been camping in a long time, but we could be tempted to go again by all we saw! Cashier was friendly and efficient. All staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our wandering and purchases here.”

“What a great find! This little boutique carries Cloudswift shoes as well as Naot! Stephanie also sells clothing made in the USA! Yes, some garments are a bit pricey but the quality speaks for itself. Shoes are what any good pair of running shoes would cost and foot support is superior. Stephanie has perfumes made in CA (unique scents) and jewelry designed and made in GA. I love this charming store and it's promotion of domestic goods as well as attention to customers.”

“After a pretty disappointing experience at the Elliot’s in Farragut I googled and found French’s. I walked into the shop and the worker there Frank greeted me immediately and asked what I was looking for. I started with my shoe size because I have a larger size than what Elliot’s carried and he immediately told me not to worry and that they had my size. He proceeded to find me a whole stack of shoes in my size for me to try on as well as continue to grab other options for my while I tried the initial stack. Shoe shopping is something that has always been awful for me, but I ended up finding the perfect pair of boots thanks to Frank.”

“I have been interested in 5.11 Tactical for quite some time, but never have given it a chance, being I’ve been skeptical of the quality. I always had a feel it was another wannabe high end “tactical” name, only seeing online shopping. My mistake.So, being I live close to the 5.11 Tactical store at North Peters Rd. Knoxville, I went in to check it out. The clothing and gear really caught my attention. This is where Jennifer comes in. Store associate, Jennifer, began to gently answer my questions and guide me to the type of clothing I had interest in. The conversation grew, exposing her immense knowledge of all the products and company and knowing what to present based on my questions.Jennifer is the type of sales person, representative and individual that has become so rare in retail business. Because of Jennifer, I bought a style of pant to give it a try. No doubt. Within the first few hours of wearing, Jennifer’s promise of quality was proven. I have returned since for more product, and am a new permanent customer.I have gained so much trust and respect in 5.11 Tactical, and Jennifer really is the reason I am now such a sold customer. My interactions with other staff has also been good, however, only brief. I look forward to wearing more 5.11 Tactical clothing and gear on a regular basis.”

“I can not say enough about this company. First off, I absolutely love their shoes, super cute and great quality. I recently made an online order for two pair of shoes. However, when they were delivered only one pare was in the box and there was not a delivery invoice or packing list. I called Free People (yes they actually have a phone number with a person on the other end, rear I know) and Dessi (sorry if it's misspelled) answered. I explained what happened and gave her a little info about my order. She said the item was still in stock and she was going to send me a replacement pair. And just like that, she made me realize why I shop with such a classy brand. Thank you Dessi and Free People for being there for your customers. It is very rear to find such a high level of customer service these days, let alone a company willing to take a phone call to resolve a problem person to person. I highly recommend everyone to shop with Free People, not only will you love the product you buy, but you will love the company you are supporting as well.”
