The quality and design were top-notch—we received countless compliments from parents, coaches, and especially the kids! Several kids even mentioned how soft and comfortable the material was, saying it’s a shirt they’ll actually wear again—high praise from that age group!
What really stood out was the incredible attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Dan went above and beyond—taking after-hours calls and making sure everything was perfect. My most recent visit to Pennys in West Town Mall was a bit chaotic. Everything was in the midst of re-order and update.
I was disappointed to see that the bathroom had been neglected.
But my hope is that this was all just the results of the transition and that by now they have things back in order and they will be the store that I love again.”

The clothing is on the higher end side so prices reflect the quality of clothing that is being consigned.
