This store has very unprofessional employees working there. I walked in and I explained about having an issue with my phone running hot. The young lady told me that she could not help me and basically walked away. I called the store in oak ridge Tennessee to explain the problem with my phone and the employee was very helpful and very informative about my issue. She went into details about they don't have the technicians there to fix my phone but gave me the name of the place next door to them to go and take my phone and offered me to bring my phone in for her to look at it. If the employee on Broadway would have explained this to me I would not be giving a one star to this store. You don't tell a customer I can't help you and walk away.

I walked into this cricket and the staff were so unprofessional. Right when I walked in I feel judged. I mean they stared at me with such nasty looks it was horrifying. I didn’t know what I had done wrong cause I’ve never been to this cricket store nor met the workers there. The two girls who worked there didn’t catch their names were so rude. I wanted to add more lines to my account but apparently they couldn’t do that and kept telling me that I need to call customer service which the problem was crickets fault for not writing down the correct spell of my first name ??♀️I had all my papers to prove it’s my account and security codes, even the phone that was used for the account and still it was my fault. I left and went to a close by location which was the one on Clinton and was welcomed with smiles and they helped me out within minutes with no problems.

Signed up for direct deposit..cricket didn't send in payment then charged me for late fees and reactivation cost...I feel tricked into paying more fees for "their" errors..and the customer service lady was rude about it all..

Elizabeth Lorenzo has been amazing helping me change three lines at three different times she is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Her manager Danyel has also always gone above and beyond as well.

Great experience on 2 occasions 10 days apart. Store is clean and inviting. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Elizabeth. I'm lacking in tech savvy and Elizabeth spent most of an hour on both visits helping me pick a new phone and working patiently to help me get all my questions answered. She couldn't have been nicer and more professional.

Worst Manager Ever Danielle !!!!! What a rude lying unprofessional person ...I had a very bad experience here and I would not recommend this store to no one she was rude from the minute I walked til the next day I went back when my service was suspended after I paid my bill I was a new customer paying my first bill when I went in I said I needed to pay my bill and remove my hotspot . And the insurance I didn't know I had on my plan she did that and told me I had a credit and didn't owe nothing for this month. Next day no service for me and when I went in to ask why my service was off she said it's the computer I can't fix it and I will have to pay my full bill and reconnect fee I was not happy I said this is not what you told me just yesterday very rude she said I know what I said ... She was awful .... Stay away from this store I had to leave cause it was gonna get ugly ...

This "five star review" IS NOT FOR CRICKET as a company, in particular, it is not affiliated with their inept CSA's via phone call. It is for the N. Broadway associate Seirra, and her alone. She kept me as a customer, as I was disregarded otherwise. The company cricket, and it's ethereal "CSA" representatives, callously and unapologetically extorted me for money today by way of a "$16.67 prorated charge & LATE FEE" that was erroneously, and without any indication, added to my bill after I made payment yesterday while adding a line. External CSA "Management" was flippant to accept as unprofessional, at best, and criminal at worst. I remain with cricket out of necessity, so long as the associate Sierra remains, whom without, my business will depart.

This store should be shut down. The manager Danielle I think was her name is the worst manager I've ever seen. She had to keep asking her employee to answer my question. I went in the store because Cricket kept suspending my husband's phone Because of the 5g service which made no sense because his phone was compatible mine was not mine was the issue not his. Mine was as not compatible yet they suspended his. He needed his phone for work and due to the suspension it cost him $175.00 because he's a truck driver and could not pick up his loads because of no phone he tried calling Cricket but it would not let him even call 611 kept shutting off. So when I talked to manager of the store I went into she made every excuse wanted toArgue instead of helping. I ended up buying a phone. Because he had to have it or keep loosing money.she even brought religion into it and said she would pray for me. I'm all about prayer but some people are not. If I wanted a lecture about prayer I'd been at church not Cricket. If I could get signal with another carrier I would have walked out and never looked back. We have been customers for years never have I ever been treated so badly. She's very lucky that I haven't filled a complaint about the religion against her and I'm considering doing it. It's not her store she doesn't own the business.if you have cameras in that store I would watch it if I were you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE she was worried more about me giving a bad review and hurting her commission ask me how I slept at night knowing I cost them hard earned money my response was the same way your sleep costing my husband 175.00. feel free to contact me about this matter however I have NO confidence in anyone contacting me because Cricket does not care about their customer

The staff here were overwhelmed and busy but absolutely professional and polite. They had to be stressed but were amazing. It was refreshing to see such positivity and I truly appreciated it.

Worst store ever new blonde manager tried to fight me for asking to be sold items for the price on them….. threatened me to leave when i asked for the district manager and then told me leave or will have me arrested…..All items priced wrong and told me oh well…. Like I’m the customer how is that my fault? Never work here lady told me she from this side of town and threatened me if i didnt get out now12/21/21
