Update 12-27-23Had to get new phone today with some pretty complicated requests regarding parental controls and Sierra was awesome to deal with. She set up everything perfectly and was tickled at how quickly she accomplished it all. Very grateful for all her efforts and help!Stopped by today to have new phone activated. I needed parental controls set up and had no clue what to do. Daniel went out of his way to help me, helping set everything up, showing me helpful features that needed to be turned on and others that needed to be turned off. What a God-send he was to us. Totally our hero, for sure!!! So very helpful. I also laughed a lot at a battery operated Chewbacca they have there that's hilarious. They were really great!

I came in on 12/19 needing help with my mother's phone. Sierra was so kind and the biggest help! She gave us options, and solved the problem. Truly hope she stays at the location near us.

I've been here in the past and experienced decent customer service. I came in yesterday with 30 minutes left until they closed, prepared to buy a new phone but needing questions answered about features and availability. There was one employee only, no other customers in the store, yet he acted bothered to answer my questions. He was much more interested in preparing the store for closing and disappearing into the back for long periods to avoid doing any customer service. I walked in prepared to buy an expensive new phone, but instead walked out empty-handed because there was essentially no customer service available here. I will not return to this location!

So we went to the cricket store today on Clinton Highway and was trying to fix our account and we did not know houses but the employee Jessica was there to walk us through every step of the way. She was very patient with me and my family very generous to my children and treated us like we were family, she helped us out every step of the way to get our account where we wanted it to be when we walked into the store tonight we were frustrated and confused on what to do and as we walked out we had And we had a blast while we were there so we as in my family have to give out a big shout out to the cricket employee at the Clinton Highway store Jessica so thank you so much are for an amazing service. We will definitely be back to see you at that store and not go to another one Jessica you are the best. Thank you so much for the wonderful service that you provide.

I went to cricket wireless to buy a phone and port my number over thinking it would be a quick process. The guy who waited on me was named Josh, and he was very knowledgeable about his products and very professional. He was so good at his job he would have had me out of there in a short time but my previous provider would not release my number so he could port it. After a ridiculous amount of time waiting for the transfer he called them again and was told that they had a new system is why it took so long but they said they would personally go into their system and get us transferred and he did and it was smooth sailing after that. I felt bad as the store was busy but Josh never was able to help others as my transaction was taking up his register. He never got impatient, never seemed annoyed at my transaction taking so long, he continued to be courteous and cheerful. That good customer service has made me a new loyal Cricket Wireless customer and I plan on staying with them forever because of that young man’s excellent customer service.Thank you Josh

I have been with cricket for over 20 years. I recently was misinformed by one of their employees and I have been to the store and on the phone with corporate for over 2 hours today. They have given me the run around of different information and no help. I would not recommend this and their customer service is horrible.
