Called about trying to get a device of mine fixed, answered the phone and didn’t ask what they could help me with or anything. Then when I mentioned why I was calling I was given a sarcastic answer as a response.

DB electronics is one of the only stereo repair businesses I have found in the Knoxville area. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes time to treat your stereo component with care and competence. I have traded with him over the past 20 years.

I used to visit Russell at DB back in the late 1970s! Great Place and he took nice care of my Revox! I guess it's still in business?
