“Sales floor clean and tidy on a holiday. Found out the hard way there's no more public bathroom and had to leave far sooner than planned. Hope they get a policy in place for maybe having to ask for the bathroom key... they told me the story of why and I can't hold it against them. Anyway, friendly staff regardless.”

“I do not think I've ever seen a Five Below as well stocked as this one. Whenever we walked in, it smelled so clean and I was floored at how well stocked + clean this store was. This place is NICE! We were even able to find things here we needed but didn't think they would have! Everyone who worked here the day we visited was nice and helpful. I love this Five Below and will be coming back again when we are back in Knoxville.”

“The Atmosphere is wonderful and every time we go there to shop the Workers are welcoming, smiling and always interact with us. My Sons are deaf and they are now going in the store without me and they come out smiling and that let's me further know that they care about the customers. Keep up the good work. One unexpected bonus—they offer customer WiFi, which is a huge help since cell service in this area is pretty spotty. It made checkout and mobile use much easier. All in all, a solid experience!”

“In the last 6 months this particular dollar tree has changed from dirty, unorganized, out of everything to being one of my fav quick stops for random toiletries, lotions, razors. birthday and holiday decor. They have started to carry better stuff and even offer name brands for certain items. I will always buy my paper towels,cleaning supplies and holiday decor, birthday cards here. You can’t beat the balloon and greeting card prices. I prob stop here 5 days a week.”

“The manager walked away and started yelling as i waked up asking me where her other crew was. I said I turned around and the lady was gohe she said that was me. Then she ignored me adding my coupon so I aksed she said I don't have time. Another beautiful younger darker girl came in was kind and used my coupon. She was like to me all the way out clearing a line made by the manager who was missing about hanging signs is her job. So glad my special needs daughter want with me. We usually both come here. No receipt but I'm sure it was habit not alot of people say when they are treated well. I wish I got her name it's all on camera. Me spending my money shouldn't make me feel like I intruded on your day. The younger girl saved the day and was kind about it.”

“This is my favorite Ross store, i haven't been in a few weeks and wow I cant believe the changes. Nice new employees so helpful one young Hispanic Male associate even helped me find a missing shoe :) The store looked incredibly neat and clean super organized, I always find what I need in Ross, i don't shop at TJmaxx or Homegoods to be honest, can't find anything! I can stay in Ross for hours, last night i did and found fabulous clothing for mom grandkids and myself. I enjoy my shopping experience, always for the past 15 years, my friends as well. Thank you Ross Stores #1

“We have always had a good experience here... despite the sign about leaving bags at the door (implying there are thieves who frequent this store). No one - customer or employee - has ever bothered us or made us uncomfortable shopping here. They almost always have exactly what I go in looking for. The employees are quick and personable. The store is always neat and organized. Overall, one of the better Dollar Tree locations in Knoxville!”

“This seems to be a more scaled down version of the stores I'm used to. The aisles are really tight and stock needs to be put out, but that's no surprise if you frequent DG. Employees have been super nice.”
“This is our favorite dollar general location. This location is by far the cleanest and well packed location we have been to. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. This location has a small town feel where you are recognized when you come in. We often encounter Michele, Nicole, Gabby, Patrick, Marilyn and Janis who all go above and beyond with customer service.”
“I stop in now and then on my way home from work for essentials, or maybe a snack. The store is organized and clean. Sometimes I need a little help or have a question, usually an associate is available. I appreciate manager Tiffany for her friendly and helpful attitude!”

“When this Dollar General opened, in this affluent neighborhood, phew, the Farragut residents couldn't turn their noses further up if they were a compass needle pointing north! But now it's packed and rightly so. This Dollar General is the equivalent of a New York City bodega (okay, minus the flan and the resident cat). They have it all from Twix, to Duct tape to canned tuna to arts and crafts, and they even have the most friendly staff.”
“I like Walmart in Halls! I never thought I'd say that about any Walmart, but since moving to Knoxville in 2020, and having a Walmart, and not much else nearby, I've given it a chance. Now, I have to be clear, Walmart's shelves are messy, prices are sometimes not marked, cleanliness can be lacking in some aisles, employees don't care much about anything, let alone even acknowledge you, the produce department sucks big time, but I have come to accept that. Weird, because I'm not one to lower my standards, but, I admit, I have with Walmart. Maybe it's a Halls thing. Yep, I think it is! What I do like is that Walmart has a nice variety of food items, especially in the condiments aisle. I spend more than I should on things in that aisle. Walmart has good ciabatta rolls, Baskin Robbins Rocky Road and Chocolate Chip ice cream for $3 a pint, and they have a selection of small Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes for a fair price. If I'm in the mood, I stroll around the store to kind of "window shop," Hey, like I said, there's not much else around Halls, so Walmart is my thing. I also have to admit, they have so many self-checkout registers, rarely do I have to wait in line. I never thought I'd like self checkout, but cashiers around here are s-l-o-w, no matter what store you go to! Anyways, Walmart is my go-to store. I give Walmart in Halls four stars!”
