Dollar General is a store run mainly by three hardworking ladies who do their best despite challenges. Customers often praise the manager, though she could use more help, especially with online applications that are difficult to complete. One employee, a tall woman with long braids, made a lasting positive impression by being very kind and friendly, with one customer hoping she receives a raise. However, not all experiences are perfect; some customers have felt ignored by staff, as seen when an employee did not acknowledge a customer looking for sunglasses, requiring another employee to assist. Overall, the store is appreciated for the dedication of its staff, who often go out of their way to help, but occasional issues with customer service and online processes suggest there is room for improvement.

I don’t know who yall had working thursday july 9th around 4:30-5:00pm one of them was on the phone in the bathroom (female) and she was still in the phone even after getting to the register and the other one was just walking around the back of the store (male)

Not open at 8 like there supposed to be for those on a time crunch this is crazy plus you should be open when your supposed to be not 15-20 min later

Not one of the best in the area but the staff seems to do their best. Their inventory is always wrong, the store is dark and kind of dirty. Buggies have issues.
