Customer service is slim to none, manager and his employees chat by register and do not greet or provide help/service for shopping customers. Save your time and money and shop online for same products and cheaper price as well.

Good selection good deals. Eddie Bauer isn't what it used to be in terms of go to for outdoors but for a mix of trendy and outdoors, they are still one of my favorite brands.I did ding a star because this store doesn't ever seem to be as well stocked as others I have been in or around.
