I received a balance transfer offer and accepted it, set up minimum automatic payments and their faulty system tried to fully pay it off from the account, now I have the collections department calling me asking to pay it off fully because of a glitch in their system, absolute clown show.

The worst bank i've ever heard of...
Don't take my word for it. Go to Better Business Bureau and look them up. They're lucky to have one star..

There is no reason you can't do same day debit cards. Every other bank can do it, so can you. Also charging $30 to expedite delivery when there shouldn't be a delivery in the first place is ridiculous.
