I was at West Town Mall when the ribbon was cut. We marveled at the selection of stores and the ease of shopping in climate controlled comfort. After all these years, West Town is far larger, has been beautifully remodeled, has an incredible selection of excellent stores, and it reminds you of why malls were popular. In a day when most malls are abandoned or run down in favor of upscale strip centers, West Town is a much more convenient and fun shopping experience. Try it again and experience stores, such as the Apple store, that are not available anywhere else in Knoxville.

We go to Westown Mall at least once a month. It is a large mall with full occupancy and a large variety of stores. On our recent visits we've taken our daughters to Build-a-Bear for they're birthdays. We've shopped at t-shirt shops like Journeys. I also love the video game stores. It has a really good movie theater as well. If it's food you want they have an awesome food court and stand alone restaurants. Charley's cheese steaks is really good. We also ate at Loco Burro at the entrance by The cheesecake factory. West Town is a really good mall experience and I recommend a visit. It's nice and air conditioned on a hot day. It's cool, well maintained and worth a stop.

As soon as we got here & went to a couple of stores we were called to meet family, but it was nice here. We didn't have time to really go back but the stores we visited were great. The atmosphere & setup was nice. Bathrooms were very clean & easy to find.

I am handicaped and due to the heat I parked in the enclosed garage where I had to assemble my electric cart which is heavy and take about ten minutes. I proceeded to the elevator and the first thing I noticed was the elevator was so filthy it made a homeless camp look inviting. I punched the button for the first floor and the door shut and went nowhere. I was sorta scared and I pushed the button to communicate and no one answered. After a while the door opened and I thought I pushed the wrong button so I went back in and tried again. Same thing. I went to the second elevator and pushed the button and after about five minutes no elevator. I was then faced with the decision to reassemble my cart or navigate the drive down to the entrance. Wrong choice as I was nearly hit by a car making a short cut on the tight turn. A few skid marks and me nearly messing my pants. I decided to report it to security or maintenance but after a hour I wheeled myself to the management office. I knocked on the door and no response h. I later called and the nice lady said "sorry about that, the elevator repair service was supposed to put signs up". No signs any where. Paul E
[email protected]: Please clean your nasty elevator. Lease put signs up when servicing so handicapped folks like me do not have to experience this issue in the heat or cold. Incidentally my wife used the stairway and it appears that it has never been cleaned. Nasty. Unhealthy to breath in. What kind of management does West Town Mall have?

First time here, food was good but messed with both of our tummies the rest of the day after lunch. Both our pastas were slathered in butter. Cheesecake is divine. Price is up up up there--$82 for 2 peeps, and only one of us got a fountain drink. Definitely go, but be ready to spend.

This is a wonderful place to go shopping outside of the Knoxville downtown area. Everybody's super friendly, they're helpful, especially if you're a tourist, not from the area. There's a wide variety of stores to pick from. And everybody just overall a wonderful time to be around. Super friendly, It's most definitely a welcome site. Considering that we are now living in a post-pandemic world. And everybody's still a little uneasy. Socializing in large groups or communicating with other people. Or if you meet someone eye to eye walking in a mall, most of the people here will wave at you or acknowledge that you're there.

I enjoy coming here for the selection around the mall and outside the mall. It’s still a bustling mall which is a dying thing now a days. When it’s a rainy day it’s often something we end up doing. They have an indoor playground area for kids to burn some energy as well.

This is a pretty nice place. I am in Knoxville for work and went to check out the mall to kill some time. They have a variety of stores that I don’t have back home. It was clean, has a decent food court, bathrooms were clean, and it is a nice size!

I'm always going to have a partial biased maybe opinion about West Town Mall because I'm a East Tennessee guy and I grew up going there from high school just to be around some of the most beautiful people you've ever met in your life humble individuals and a lot of hospitality from all of the stores it's always clean there's never any violence never any disturbances children are there everyone's really respectful prices are pretty cheap they also have the cheese factory so that's always a plus right at the foot of the Smoky mountains of East Tennessee ?

West Town Mall goes back to 1972, they are celebrating just over 50 years as an iconic part of Knoxville, TN. They are a Simon Mall property and if you haven't been inside recently, you are missing out on all the renovations. This is a wonderful place to walk on a rainy afternoon, you can browse many of the new stores or stick to your old-time favorites. They still have a food court, Regal Cinemas, Dillard's, Belk Women's, Belk Men's, and Belk Home, JC Penny, Alumni Hall, Eddie Bauer, Foot Locker, GameStop, Gap, Hallmark, Kay Jewelers, and Dick's Sporting Goods.I found many more island oasis' like 'Great American Cookies,' 'The Famous Milkshake Bar,' 'Haagen-Dazs,' and 'Cinnabon,' with 'Auntie Anne's.' The smells as you walk through West Town Mall are heavenly. There are tons of new shops, phone stores, boutiques, jewelry, elegant dresses to casual Friday apparel. With over 150 stores, you are bound to find something that you will love.Stop in West Town Mall today and get in out of the rain. For a complete list of stores, click here: simon.com/mall/west-town…Follow me on Yelp to find out more about Knoxville and the surrounding area.

came to do some shopping for my grandchildren. It went well for the girl. However, buying shoes for the boys a little harder footlocker didn't have in-stock any of the shoes my grandsons liked. I did find another spots wear that satisfied my boys. Only $1300 to take care of them. over-all, it was nice, and the cost here better than back home in California .

Stopped at food court with 6 teenage boys. Everyone was happy with a variety of food and achievable pricing. Bathrooms clean too. Easy place to make a crowd happy for an interstate pit stop.
