“America’s Best Choice installed all new windows in my home two days ago and the result has been great. The crew came in and knocked out the job in just one day and it looks beautiful. I was particularly impressed with the small details like the caulking and sealing work. This seems like a minor element but as a builder with over 3 decades of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects, specializing in night clubs, restaurants and cruise ships and yachts all over the world (including the installation of many, many windows of al types) , I know the difference in a standard job and a high quality job is often in the details, the little things most people outside the industry wouldn’t notice.
I was also impressed with the crew. They were great guys, very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly worked well with each other. I know from experience that crew cohesion and a proficient knowledge base makes a huge difference in the project flow, speed and quality. I recommend this company for your project and will be calling them back for an upcoming project at my parents’ home.

“This was literally one of the best visits to any store ive ever had. Im a real customer and I had a very good experience. I went there for dog food but ended up buying some trees as well. Melissa and Kelly were beyond helpful. They helped load the trees, they stopped what they were doing just to help me. Melissa is the definition of a good customer service agent! “(Schaad road store) You have an employee by the name of Kevin in the lumber section. When I tell you he went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our project! He offered the most professional customer service and took time to explain how and why we would need to do things a certain way. “Go here often and they almost always have what I need in stock and the customer service is always good.
The only critiques I have is - the cashier should default to sending an email receipt. There have been a couple of times now that I have check out and the cashier speeds through it and doesn't send the email receipt, which is my preference for record keeping.
Second, renting the work truck takes longer than it should. I have had to rent it multiple times, and each time I end up having to do all the paperwork. Why? It is 2025. First rental, yea. Paperwork. Second rental? Third? Should just be looking up my name, seeing it is done, and handing over the keys. It isn't just an inconvenience to me, but it is an inconvenience to the service reps. They seem to be the busiest people in the store, and the last thing they want to deal with is the dang truck stuff!”
“I was in plumbing today. I had the best service ever that I have ever had at any home depot ever. That lady was the most knowledgeable and most friendly person ever. She had good suggestions and lots of patience. Her name was Merima. Home depot should clone her and put her in every store.”
“Lighting in store is good for seeing things. They have easy to find items that are marked and if you can't find something you can ask one if the friendly staff. The electrical department is very knowledgeable.”
