Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Knoxville, TN Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. They have a great selection and welcome pets. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and a clerk was great. However, management availability is an issue, with a need to dedicate management for overrides. The store can be just ok, with only self checkout and only one lane for cash. Interactions with staff were not great, and there is a need to open up a couple of registers with people, especially for the retirement community. Customer service should be paramount, with more people for service, not self-checkout. While the store is very helpful, the experience with cashiers has been getting worse. Outside the store, the hot dog cart is a rare treat with good food.

Was my home stores a contractor but since they want to go more woke than their employees and supply flock cameras. I will no longer spend my money at this place

After a long day and a not so helpful experience at Best Buy we went to Lowe’s to get a dryer. Rylan was great! He made sure the dryer was in stock, brought it up and helped load it in the truck after we paid. Super professional and went above and beyond.
