They have a great selection and welcome pets. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and a clerk was great. However, management availability is an issue, with a need to dedicate management for overrides. The store can be just ok, with only self checkout and only one lane for cash. Interactions with staff were not great, and there is a need to open up a couple of registers with people, especially for the retirement community. Customer service should be paramount, with more people for service, not self-checkout. While the store is very helpful, the experience with cashiers has been getting worse. Outside the store, the hot dog cart is a rare treat with good food.
