Each and every time that I frequent this store (since opening day) the customer service has been outstanding! The wait time is short and the sales associates always greet with a smile!

We have been doing business with them at this store counter at Dillard’s since 2017. The same salesperson has been there all along. This is a top notch company with a great history and outstanding customer service when something happens to a piece of jewelry.
