The battery was replaced and the issue with a small clip was resolved. The sales associate hands my watch back with a smile and says, "Keep an eye on the watch for a few days to make sure it is keeping correct time. If not bring the watch back in and we will take it from there". No Charge !!! I was shocked. I said are you sure ? She replied we don't charge for battery replacements and added would you like your rings or jewelry cleaned today I will definitely continue to shop there I'm also telling everyone I know about this store. Pam is carrying on the legacy of her parents by her vast knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, watches, and diamonds. She looks at every piece with a critical eye, something some may not appreciate, but I'd rather hear the truth about anything, especially the jewelry I own, or may want to purchase, than a sales pitch trying to make a sales quota. Repairs are done by a skillful jeweler that she has used for years. There are flashier stores nearby, but I always prefer to do business with a local, established, and family owned business rather than a chain or franchise. I know Pam as an honest woman, with the highest integrity, and a great sense of style and taste. You never know who you are going to run into there from celebrities to the excited newly engaged, and the atmosphere is always friendly and exciting. Keep up the good work, and I hope there is a daughter, grandaughter, or other family member that will take up the family tradition. My grandmother owned a chain of restaurants in Knoxville from the 1940's -1970's. I wish one of her grandchildren, especially myself, would have had the good sense to build on the great foundation she worked so hard to establish in Knoxville.
