I don't even know where to start regarding how extremely offensive I find this store. The prices are outrageous and often times more expensive than if the items were brand new (I had found something there from Hobby Lobby and it was 35% more than what I had paid at Hobby Lobby earlier that week for the exact same item). It's so upsetting to walk through this "thrift store" and see these unreasonably expensive prices... Makes me wonder where the low income people are supposed to shop now?? Because this is not the place. Also, not sure how you can justify gouging your shoppers the way you do.... all in the name of Christianity, because that's what you profess... Such a dishonorable way to conduct business. If you're going to financially rape people by overcharging for the DONATIONS that you receive from those very same people, you need to have a word with God about that. How insulting to those who donate there! What an absolutely counterproductive way to reach people with the gospel of truth. This store makes Christians look really bad, all while hiding behind their "Christian outreach" branding. Nice. I would rather burn my donations than give them to this place, just so they can turn around and take advantage of people just looking to take care of their families and make ends meet.

I guess this place forgets everything they have was donated FREE. Prices are outrageous, close to new retail pricing on a lot of items, if the overhead is that high close some of the stores. And the fact that they tell you that your purchase has fed so many people is absolute nonsense. Most of the food that feeds those people comes from Second Harvest. They should Reconsider a new pricing grid it might be a whole lot busier and have a higher turn around rate on items. And for items you don't deem sellable you should offer them free to your people needing to start over instead of taking so much stuff to the dump. I've seen those trucks at the dump and the stuff they throw away is unbelievably wasteful.

They get everything donated some still with tags and still charge MORE than original tag! It’s ridiculous. A thrift store is suppose to help people who CANT afford high prices they are ripping people off, and still have the nerve to ask to donate your change!! I saw a little mirror from the dollar tree that is new in the store for $1.25 Karms is charging $8.99. It’s pure greed at this point. Shop your local thrift stores, they are still looking out for the ones who have to shop on a budget. I no longer donate my stuff to Karms after I’ve witnessed the outrageous price increase.

Absolutely over priced — everything they receive is donated to them and then they mark it up to fund the CEOs wallet. The cashier told me $2 of every purchase goes to their charity. $2!! Not even a percentage. If it’s a for profit store, then call it that.

More $$$than new! . If they cut all prices in half it would still be cheaper to go to goodwill. Not sure how they're in business. They say it is 100% proceeds to help but 5hat doesn't mean price things as new. This is used items. Not worth the $

Always loved supporting karm stores but lately last year or so they have raised their prices to stupid levels Needed to pick up a pie plate and they wanted 12-22 $ for a plate that new is 2 for 26 from amazon ! A hand blender that looked like it was 30 years old they wanted 20$ for New one is 13$ from walmart! You are just driving people away from supporting you!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The clothes are ridiculously over-priced for a thrift store. Amvets is comparable in selection and very reasonably priced. Karm needs to ditch the branded plastic bags and save costs for their customers. Please donate your clothes elsewhere.

Store had lots of nice items. However, for a thrift store prices were extremely high. Example: hallmark ornaments $10 - $25. These items I looked at. Ones can be purchased from eBay at substantially lower prices. Thrift stores in NKY have missions similar but prices are much less. Animated Christmas items at KARM started at $39.99. At NKY they are priced starting at $4.99 up to about $20 for most. Their prices are also geared for lower income families to be able to purchase. Ornaments 50 cents to $5 Would I shop again? Yes. Just not sure if I would buy. People were helpful and friendly. Some very nice items. They don't write prices on items, they tag them, which is nice.

Way too expensive for any business that claims to be a thrift store, even though they do have some good items every once in a while. Just today I saw that they are asking $200 for a plastic Disney figurine that is definitely not worth that much brand new. Also, they're asking $40 for a chipped teapot with a handle someone glued back together after breaking. If you want people to buy your items to help bring in meals for those who cannot afford it, make sure your customers can actually afford to buy your items first.

This use to be my favorite thrift store in Knoxville, the former employees were always so nice and the prices were great! Ever since they got a new manager and employees it's been awful! The new employees are extremely rude and the prices have gotten beyond ridiculous! You can buy cheaper at buy sale trade and consignment stores and they actually pay for their product! The racks are so jammed you can hardly shop, which i'm sure is a result of the major increase in prices! Nobody is going to pay $50 for a used dress with stains all over it. Unfortunately karm keeps getting worse and worse. I won't be shopping or donating here anymore. It's sad.

Associates were rude upon entry to this location. I did not feel welcomed and was unnecessarily rushed.
