KARM Stores is a thrift store dedicated to supporting programs that help break the cycle of homelessness in East Tennessee. The store is well organized and clean, with neatly arranged shoes by size and sectioned areas for clothing, home decor, toys, books, videos, and CDs. Donations can be dropped off behind the store. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store offers a variety of nice items at affordable prices, but some customers feel that prices have increased significantly over the years, making it harder for low-income families to afford items. For example, Christmas ornaments and animated decorations are priced higher than similar items found elsewhere. Despite this, many customers appreciate the store's mission and the quality of items available, and some say they would shop there again. Overall, KARM Stores combines a caring mission with a well-maintained shopping environment, though some pricing concerns have been noted.
I like this KARM. They have nice home decor, with a pretty good variety. There are a lot of nice clothes and everything is organized, clean, and easy to find.
