“Update to original post..problem was efficiently solved by Mr. Collin Donoghue, Manager and Vice President of ABCO Medical Supply. Changes made by Medicare to prescription requirements caused the problems. I am grateful for the support provided.
Have been getting Dexcom G6 sensors and transmitters for over 2 years from ABCO Medical Supplies encountering no problems until now. Called to get refills on September 23 and still waiting on October 4th. Called again and told they will ship that day. Still no delivery. Called ABCO on October 17th and was told I would receive them on Saturday. Foolishly I should have asked which Saturday. Very disappointed in the run-around I am getting.”

Tiki, the manager, went above and beyond to correct an issue caused by a facility I was in that discharged me with a wheelchair they knew wouldn’t accommodate my needs.She even delivered the chair herself to our home in Grimsley (almost a 2 hr drive from Knoxville). Rotech and Tiki are a breath of fresh air in a broken healthcare system. I can never say thank you enough!”
