The people who run this store use deceptive marketing tactics and illegal processes to get you to spend more money The manager said that they were not allowed to do any transactions under $250 which is false because if you get the free iPhone 12 it should only be $140. They tell you you have to get a bundle which then makes it $300. Therefore making you spend almost a whole extra $200 for no reason when you could go to another Metro right down the street and get what you want and not be pressured and lied to about what you can and cannot buy. They use this tactic to increase their in-store volumes. So basically they're making you buy the phone for the price that it was originally. I'm not sure who the district Manager is but if I was her I would be counting my days and making sure I had some money overseas because these lawsuits will be crazy

I want to thank Rachael for going the extra mile to help me and my grandmother !! She spent over 2 hours working with us and making sure Grandma could keep her number !! We adore her!!!! There needs to be more salesman like Rachael!!! Thank you so much we love you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to this store after going to 2 other metros and noone was able to resolve the issues I was having but luckily miss Rachael E. got me taken care of !! She got to the bottom of my problems and she put me in a new phone and got me a case and screen protector for an awesome price!!! She was very helpful, patient, polite, and positive! Thank u Rachael!!! 😉

This place has always been one of the better metro pcs's. It may be in a "not so bougie" neighborhood but when you walk in you're met with open arms!! The staff has always help me make decisions about my service that work for me and I like that.

Omg!!! This lady named geisha was so so helpful. I couldn't get my account number and transfer pin from boost and she literally went to bat for me!!! She did the absolute most to make sure I was treated with respect and gave me a great deal on my phone. She even set up my Gmail and everything. I was so lost when I walked into the location but she calmed me down and took care of EVERYTHING FOR ME!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH GEISHA FOR EVERYTHING!!!!! I will never leave Metro as long as they keep friendly people like her in there. She was a life saver literally!!!! Thanks again Metro!!!

So, the open times listed are obviously wrong. No times listed at the store. Been waiting for someone to open for over an hour. Extremely poor service. It like they don't care to open at all.

On April 1st. I went in and received the most helpful service from Nikki J, and Rachael E. They were nothing short of amazing with the level of service and kindness. They are an asset to Metro pcs and I'm forever grateful for the help and service they provided me. Thank you ladies! Go check em out!

We just went by this location and the website and all places when referencing hours CLEARLY states that they close at 8pm. As we pulled in the parking lot a red headed woman ran to the door and locked it. It was only 650PM. My fiancé got off work and needed to replace his phone as it quit working today completely. This was as early as we could get there as we both work. I will be contacting management in the morning regarding this issue.

I had an issue with my auto payment being taken out and metro stating it never got paid. Customer service was rude and named called and never would let me send them proof or talk to a supervisor. The ladies at this metro location helped me out and got my money back and credited. Nicki and Amanda are the perfect example of how customer service should be. Because of their help I stayed with Metro. If it was not for them I would have left Metro.
