Terrible customer service! We were treated horribly! The name of the employee involved is Barkesha. Though slightly more professional, Sakeita, the other employee there at the time, did nothing to help the situation and laughed at us three different times. If you need help go to the Metro store on Western Avenue~great service there! The store at 440 North Cedar Bluff is a joke!

The employees make the company garbage. NO customer service, they ONLY care about taking you for every cent they can, bc they get commission on it. I've been with metro almost a year. Broke my phone. Tried to upgrade. Upgrading to new phone was only 30 or 40 bucks cheaper, but the girl tried to make me pay a ACTIVATION fee! I asked her to please explain why I can buy a new phone at wal mart or anywhere else, and switch my service to the new device for free, but if I buy it there I have to pay a new activation fee? Her reply was they will not let her sell the phone without charging the activation fee. That's a lie. The employees make the entire company garbage. Good service. Good deals on plans. TERRIBLE customer service set up.

Was just curious why if why at certain times I get good reception at my house but lately the reception is really poor and it can't be for the reasons they say it always seems to me there go to answer is... It's probably the end of your billing cycle which isn't the case it did that just after l made my payment and l checked it each day just to see if that was the case "Nope" it's done that everyday or at least the last 2 weeks and my bill was upto date so it seems to me that Metro by T-Mobile had some major issues and this has only started doing this since the big switch to The great 5g which in my opinion sucks but it'll say 5g but guess what it always throws me down to 4g and sometimes 3g why did the switch happen if your towers aren't up to date ! Ok and why offer Internet if it's not in your area and the answer is always it'll be just a few more days and my question to this is I called the store that like maybe 2 or 3 miles from house and yet this store said that it's not hooked up at there store yet how can you honestly tell customers that it's coming very soon yet your not using it yourself ? Please answer thanks .... Not an impressed Metro t mobile customer

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any place if business. Do not recommend at all. Chooses any other phone service and it will be an upgrade.

This location is very poor service I think the guys name is Cody and other guy don't treat customers fairly I recommend not going to this location and I've heard other people getting bad Bones from this location and them not wanting to replace it

The manager Cody treated me and members of my family very really unfair he will be having someone talk to him from them corporate main off of someone over him because I did submit everything that was done to me when you're covered under the Metro promise and they refuse to replace a phone you just bought the next day they refuse you something's got to be done about this

Yes the manager Cody there and other guy with him most of the time when I pull up there outside smoking cigarettes and I'll buy phone from them that is basically tore up I go to replace it and they tell me know how is this Fair please tell me I will see to it that there's something done about this
