The customer service is top notch! There was a manufacturing error with my original mattress so I contacted Brooke Moore from customer support who immediately responded and sent me a new mattress. Cannot recommend this company enough!

I can’t say enough good things about my MLILY bed. We’ve had it now 4 years and it is still as good as the day we bought it. Also shout out to Brooke in customer service who helped me get a cord for my electric bed frame that we accidentally damaged. Great customer service!
