“This Jiffy Lube is Great place to go for general small maintenance. I've never had a problem with their oil changes and they always check engine codes or do too ups on all my fluids. They also inform of things about the car every single time in case somethings changes or is different. I go here for every maintenance and will continue to do so.”

“My wife and 3 kids are traveling without me today headed north and had some issues with the brakes on our van while traveling through Knoxville. I looked in the area and found Service Street Auto Repair and gave them a call. The person I spoke with, Kevin, assured me they could look at my wife's van as soon as she brought it in and even asked for her name to know who to expect.
They were able to determine the issue quickly, the assessment made sense, and the price was reasonable. But the most important thing to me is that they made my wife and kids feel safe and comfortable and had them back on the road fairly quickly. My wife was very pleased with both the staff and the waiting area, and I am so grateful that they took great care of my family, especially when I was so far away.”
“First time I had used them and didn’t know what to expect. I left very impressed! From the guys in the front to the service techs in back all laughed and cut up and seemed to genuinely like their job and helping people. One tech even saw I had a bag of trash in my truck bed and tossed it in the dumpster for me! Little things like that combined with nice happy folks makes this place a go to for tires. They had several tires on “special” in the lobby and some really great prices on them. They were cheaper than all others for the tires I got. Don’t buy your tires til you check them out!”

“Yesterday, these guys probably saved me AT MINIMUM $10k to $15k fix. I usually do my own work, so I already had my oil and filter. I was in a time crunch and stopped in here. Their attention to detail seen 2 of the 3 gallons that came from a nearby Walmart had been refilled with used oil and contaminated with God knows what else. Someone had returned used oil,to Walmart! My truck is my livelihood. Had it went down, things would've gotten really ugly for me really fast. It's much appreciated guys.”

“Great service and friendly faces! I have seen spam reviews of cars not starting and this is untrue. I was there on one occasion recently and the lady came back very upset and cussing. This was BEFORE the car was even pulled back in to take a look. Loudly talking on the phone saying she was not paying for anything else. Informing she would be driving her car out of there and causing a huge scene. Per her own updated review it had NOTHING to do with the oil change/serviced performed. So reminder to be KIND to the people you receive a service from.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The entire process was quick and easy, but I never felt rushed—they took great care of everything and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.
I’ve been to several other places around Knoxville for oil changes and routine maintenance over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Excellent customer service, a great team, and a genuinely pleasant experience all around.
