“Great service and friendly faces! I have seen spam reviews of cars not starting and this is untrue. I was there on one occasion recently and the lady came back very upset and cussing. This was BEFORE the car was even pulled back in to take a look. Loudly talking on the phone saying she was not paying for anything else. Informing she would be driving her car out of there and causing a huge scene. Per her own updated review it had NOTHING to do with the oil change/serviced performed. I prayed and Free Service took care of me. It just needed freon and a circuit board in the A/C. Now we don't have to rent a car. “Dustin and the crew today were exceptionally courteous and caring. I have a Volvo wagon and my brake light was out... after attempting to replace it they wisely decided the mechanism was complex and it would not be prudent to take it apart to replace the bulb. In addition to the regular timely service I felt that today was particularly special in that I had told Dustin I was going on a trip and he made a couple of reasonable and reassuring recommendations. I did not feel like I was being upsold at all. I come to this location all the time and had not met him before. I have enjoyed meeting Dustin and hope to see him again.”

Most importantly saved me $80 compared to Pepboys/Autozone for the same battery.Cons: they don't answer the phone because they don't usually have anyone manning the customer service counter.”
