Pet Supermarket is a store that has it all for furry friends, offering a wide range of pet care products, food, toys, treats, and accessories. Many customers find it a nice store and love going there, describing it as clean and a wonderful experience that feels like a real pet store. The staff are frequently noted as pleasant, experienced, extremely helpful, and always willing to help, with specific employees receiving praise for providing outstanding service and taking great care and time with customers. However, some shoppers report that the store often seems not to have specific items they want, such as crickets being out of stock multiple times. The store environment can sometimes be a mess, with stuff everywhere from stocking shelves during business hours. A rare but serious concern involved a pet chinchilla that died unexpectedly shortly after purchase, though the customer concluded this was not the store's fault. Despite these occasional issues with inventory and organization, customers favorably compare Pet Supermarket to other local pet places, finding them fabulous and at least willing to sell their pets.
