Great prices. Great customer service! Been shopping here for years. Was very upset to find out they have gotten rid of the plus section. I shop in both sections in most places but since their sizing runs small I always have to get plus at Rue. The manager said to make a review and tell them what I thought. There was another woman in there looking for it when I was there. Get your plus section back. You'll be seeing the profit dropping soon enough for losing so many customers.

The prices are unreal. Some of my favorite items are from this store. The manager Angie is always so kind and helpful every time I stop in to shop. Glad Rue21 is making a comeback!

The cleanest Rue21 I’ve ever stepped foot in! I’ve never been to a location with staff as nice as this one. I’ll definitely be back and will tell others to go to this one as well!

Awesome store !!!!! I went through the entire mall looking for Rick and Morty Tshirts. We were on our way out of the mall and just stopped in here on a whim. Turns out they had a better selection of Rick and Morty shirts than the rest of the mall combined. Wish I had stopped here first.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional locations I've ever been to... way to much personal conversation going on.. I waited in line while one employee was actually working trying to ring up a large order while the other two ladies talked about there personal lives and were on their phones they could have simply rang me out on the other two open registers. They shop for themselves the whole time..And you almost feel bad for interrupting there conversation to ask for a dressing room. The clothes weren't in the best conditions either.. I used to like to shop here. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love this place great prices and great customer service! Taylor B was so helpful and friendly best customer service i've had since quarantine hands down!!! She definitely deserves a raise!
