good price and friendly staff. they had a dj and it was the cheapest store i shop in on black friday. Line was long but the employees came around and apologized for the wait which i appreciated

Jacob is always managing the entire store alone when I visit and is absolutely always so friendly and helpful and professional. Never complains the store is too busy or is negative while I am checking out. I love Rue21! Thank you Jacob for making the shopping experience a true pleasure!!
