If you have computer issues, save your time looking elsewhere and go see Anna at Staples on Town & Country, next to Guitar Center and Lowe's in West Knoxville. She's the BOMB! Kind, attentive and smart, she can talk the most un-tech savvy person (me) off the ledge and that I PROMISE! I came to her after I had been hacked by the people I had paid over $2,000 to keep my computer secure. Scary business, trusting people with your private stuff. For a small fraction of that, this is well worth the trip. THANK YOU ANNA!

We went to buy a Laser monochrome printer, and the sales associate who was in charge of the Copying Center, was very helpful and hd a lot of expertise. We felt confidant in our purchase because of all of the information he gave us about the printer he helped us choose.

I have to give a huge shout out to Paul who has apparently done some of our print orders in the past and (rightly!) caught that something was different and off on our order today and called me today about it. That's an extra level of customer service that I greatly appreciate!

Neither one of them should be working their with such a violent attitude exuding from their persona ...
It was so bad, I will not return to the store .. ever.

This store was stocked well and the employees were very helpful. The restrooms however are terrible. My wife and I both had to use them. Both restrooms were not just dirty but disgusting.
