Staples in Knoxville provides printing, shipping, technology, and recycling services for small businesses, remote workers, and students. The store is well-stocked with many different products, often at reasonable prices with a packed clearance area for bargains. Employees are consistently very helpful, knowledgeable, and provide an extra level of customer service, inspiring confidence in purchases. The store is easy to get in and out of and typically has what customers need. However, the restrooms are noted to be dirty and disgusting.
We went in to have our computer looked at. We took it in on Wednesday morning and they had it finished Thursday afternoon. They were very thorough and helpful.

All staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting with a return that we purchased from Amazon and they allowed us to return it to them and assisted us in finding the correct product that worked for us. Wonderful sales associates.
