“I had a wonderful experience at Anderson automotive.
My car broke down and overheated, and AAA towed my car there. I was very nervous because you never know if you're going to come across mechanic with good intention or not.
Ned was highly knowledgeable, and very helpful and an ethical individual.
He took great care of my car, solved the issue right away, and was very honest, and very well priced.
I'm a person who always wants to shop around to find a well reviewed handy individual. So I felt very lucky to have landed in his shop, considering the circumstances.
Very knowledgeable, great prices, high ethical priority.
I will be using his shop from now on.

“They were prompt (earlier than quoted as a matter of fact). The driver (I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name because I’m terrible with them) was an absolute joy. He’d said that he knew when you called a tow truck that you probably weren’t having the greatest day and he always tried to make it a little better. And he did. So thank you again!”

“Couldn’t get my car started. Tried jumping it several times and ended up calling Mr. Roger to come by and pick it up for me to check out what was wrong. He got it going on the spot and didn’t charge me a thing. Easily could’ve taken advantage of the situation. Definitely recommend Western Ave towing. Hard to find honest people in vehicle repair but Mr. Roger is a good one!”

I had made online reservation once and they were having issues with their system and couldn’t find my reservation but it wasn’t a problem and iI was still able to get a vehicle.”
“Called interstate after getting a flat and finding a broken spring. They came next morning and replaced spring and changed flat . While changing flat also found broken wet bolt. Probably not the cheapest but for two guys ,parts and their time well worth it. Would definitely use again if in area.”

“My car blew a radiator hose in traffic yesterday. Called Dan’s and they said they’d send someone out, but didn’t have a flatbed available. My car is a bit low, even though it’s still on stock suspension. They said it should be fine. I trusted they knew what they were doing. About an hour later, a flatbed rolls up and they got my car up and on without incident, towed it to the shop and got it off also without incident. Friendly people, quick response (relative to other experiences friends have had with other companies) and even though I was out of their normal business area, they had no problem getting me taken care of! Thanks guys, for helping me out and being kind and understanding on a day that really was upsetting for me!”

“Had a dispute with one of the employees. it ended up being I was wrong. I acted like a butt and had to apologize, a poor apology but hey an attempt.Their toe fee they were charging me was $100. Not sure if that is standard but it's what I was getting charged. Actually it is a fair and resonable price others cost more.Also noticed while on their premiss they had lots of new equipment that was kept clean and presentable. They have what's needed to help you out if you get in an accident or need help in a ditch. They have the up to date equipment to do so.My apologizes guys rather I was right or wrong my actions deserve a correction and a apology.”

“Got to my place faster than I thought he would, nearly missed my appointment because I was away from phone. Finished changing my alternator in 08 Toyota Sienna in record time. My only advice is maybe try to give your eta a little earlier and mention your payment methods earlier. I had to use mobile mechanic because my car was totally dead. Would use again”
