“I burned up a clutch in the Smoky Mountains around 5 p.m. at mile marker 17. If you know the area, you know there’s nothing out there—no Ubers, no Lyfts, no AAA (they don’t even cover this area), and calling Harley-Davidson roadside assistance isn’t much better. In situations like this, you’re left with one option: local tow services.
C&M stepped up big time. They came out in the dark, safely picked up my bike, and even held it at their residence overnight before personally delivering it to the dealer the next morning. Their professionalism and care put safety—both mine and the people I was with—first.
