“I’ve used Christian brothers over 3 years, quotes are usually more than the bill, questions are welcome and addressed well. They even give me enough info to decide if a repair can wait, or it’s something's really small that I can do myself. After paying for one repair, when I heard an intermittent noise I had not heard before, they searched and fixed it no charge. Most recently a 1 part requested maintenance turned into a 2 part repair but the part wasn’t available, extra time was taken to get me safely on the road with the promise of repair when a part comes from Tx plus my next oil change thrown for free.”

“This establishment really knows how to help out a girl in trouble! My transmission started the dreaded “stuck won’t go to next gear” action, so limped home on a Wednesday, taking the backroads, to ensure a safe arrival. Called my local oil change/ maintenance guys, and they recommended Marshall’s right off the bat, as did two other local auto shops. Had it towed to Marshall’s on Friday, and they rushed the repair and it was ready the next Wednesday! I know they have a backlog, and they took mercy since it is my only transportation and overhauled the transmission lickety-split! I cannot recommend them enough! Kim in the office is the GOAT — compassionate, professional, caring and I thank her for pleading my case! If you need transmission work — Marshall’s Transmissions is your go-to shop! They are definitely the best in the region.”

“Great Product. Yes it is more expensive than the other options. But I will tell you from a shop/CarQuest auto parts store thats been in business over 40 years the warranty is second to none. When Carquest sold ATK we installed around 38 engines in one year, then we got a bad one . It took 8 months to get paid. I have installed customer purchased transmission that failed on the test drive, the companies will tell you since it was not purchased through the garage no warranty and the customer is out of pocket on the labor ( seen this 3 times). With Jasper I make one phone call and its handled, we get paid almost immediately and no bull shit back and forth. The customer is took care of first. So if your looking at a Jasper and the vehicle is worth the repair dont hesitate its the best insurance you could ever buy.”
